Warranty
Every HydroHub™ system carries a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Covered
- Membrane stack failure under normal operation
- Control electronics and sensor faults
- Pump, valve and enclosure defects
- Transit damage reported within 7 days of delivery with photographs
Not covered
- Damage caused by unpurified water or exceeding TDS limits
- Failure to replace the resin filter within the 6–9 month interval
- Incorrect installation, wiring or unfused power feed
- Physical damage, immersion, impact or unauthorized disassembly
- Consumables: resin filters, hoses, fittings
Making a claim
Email your order reference, serial number, installation photographs and a description of the fault. We assess remotely first; where a unit must be returned, we issue a return authorization before shipment. Approved claims are repaired or replaced at our option.
