Returns & Refunds
Return authorization is required before any unit is shipped back. Contact us with your order reference and reason for return.
Faulty goods
Units failing within the warranty period are repaired or replaced at our option. Where return is required, we arrange or reimburse return freight.
Change of mind
Unused systems in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return freight is at the buyer's cost, and a restocking deduction applies where packaging has been opened. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the unit is received and inspected.
Accessories and consumables
Resin filters and other consumables are non-returnable once the sealed packaging is opened, for water-purity reasons. Unopened accessories may be returned within 14 days.
Installed units
A unit that has been fitted and operated is not eligible for change-of-mind return. Warranty rights continue to apply for the full 12-month period.
