Which system suits my engine?
- Size by displacement: A-450 for 1.0–1.8 L, A-675 for 2.0–2.5 L, A-900 for 2.7–7.0 L, H-Power for continuous-duty applications up to 7.0 L, DH-Power for engines up to 16.0 L.
Do you install the system?
- No. Supply is hardware only. Installation is carried out by your own qualified technician using the installation guide. The fitment is non-destructive and reversible.
What water does it need?
- Purified or deionized water only, TDS at or below 5 µS/cm, through the inline resin filter. Tap water will foul the membrane stack.
How often is the resin filter replaced?
- Every 6 to 9 months in normal service. Replacement filters are available as an accessory.
Is hydrogen stored onboard?
- No. Gas is generated on demand while the engine runs and consumed immediately.
Will it void my engine warranty?
- The system does not modify the fuel system, injectors or ECU and is fully reversible. Check the terms of your specific OEM warranty; we supply documentation on request.
Is it compatible with DPF and SCR?
- Yes. It operates upstream of combustion and does not alter after-treatment dosing.
What fuel saving should we plan for?
- Up to 15% under favorable conditions, materially less on light-load or high-idle duty. Plan around a measured trial on your own equipment.
What is the warranty period?
- 12-month limited manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
How is it shipped?
- Free worldwide delivery. Duties and taxes are prepaid on a DDP basis where the destination permits prepayment; otherwise the carrier collects on arrival.
Can we buy one unit before committing?
- Yes. Systems are sold outright at published prices specifically so operators can trial hardware on their own equipment.
Are there emissions-compliance considerations in the United States?
- Aftermarket devices affecting emissions-related systems are subject to federal and state rules, including California requirements. Buyers are responsible for compliance in their jurisdiction.
