Fleet deployment is a measurement problem before it is a hardware problem. This page sets out how to size, install, trial and scale hydrogen injection across a mixed fleet.

Standardize the installation

  • One mounting pattern per vehicle class, documented with photographs
  • Switched DC feed through inline fuse and relay on every unit
  • Injection point downstream of the MAF sensor, identical per platform
  • Purified water only; resin filter change logged on the service schedule

Trial design

Run a matched-pair trial: equal numbers of fitted and unfitted vehicles on the same routes, drivers rotated. Baseline for at least 60 days before fitment. Compare like duty cycles, not like calendar periods.

Rollout economics

Payback is a function of annual fuel spend per vehicle, not of vehicle count. High-consumption, high-load, high-annual-mileage assets pay back first. Light-duty, low-mileage vehicles rarely justify hardware on fuel savings alone.

Enough to average out driver and route variance — typically six to ten fitted units with a matched control group, over a full quarter.

Supply is hardware only. Installation is performed by your own qualified technician following the installation guide.
